Established in 1994, YWCA Young Women With Bright Futures Awards Program provides an opportunity for community recognition of outstanding young women who are high school seniors. Honorees are selected by their high school administrators based on leadership qualities, creative talents, the pursuit of academic excellence, and volunteer service.
